Three jaw-dropping 1950s Alfa Romeo concepts made a rare public appearance in London at auction house Phillips’ prestigious London headquarters at 30 Berkeley Square this month.
BAT 5, 7 and 9 are Franco Scaglione-penned stunners designed for Bertone and first stunned the public at the Turin Motor Show for three consecutive years from 1953.
The Alfa Romeo BAT 5 was displayed on The Revolving Stage Company’s 4.5m diameter revolving stage that was covered in a white vinyl finish.
